Sales and Innovation Manager

* Identify promising experimental varieties from local screening and collaborate with breeding teams to support variety selection.
* Support the introduction of new varieties with technical guidance, clear market positioning, and trial planning.
The ideal candidate will have a higher professional education in Agriculture, Business, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in sales, product development, or agronomy. Strong relationship management skills and a passion for developing customer partnerships are essential.
The successful candidate will have fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken, and be willing to travel as required to engage with customers and conduct field trials.
