We are looking for a smart and proactive Pricing Specialist, to join our Pricing & Digital Sales Platforms Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing pricing strategies across all companies within the group.
What you will do
* Supervision of price lists, discount matrices, and promotions for all companies within the group: Entry and maintenance of prices within the ERP, continuous contact with the sales force and local representatives, support in the process of creating printed price lists;
* Management of customer classifications related to discounts: support and supervision of the order fulfillment office in assigning the correct customer classification;
* Coordination with various Country Managers to maintain a shared guideline: support in managing and maintaining the single European price list and related price index. From a European perspective, support to the office in managing the single price list, continuous monitoring of the price index between different countries to ensure correct local pricing;
* Management of the price list creation process: supervision of the entire price list creation process, directly interfacing with various departments, including Product Management and Marketing & Communication;
* Support for projects in which the office is involved, for example online price monitoring.
Who you are
* Degree in Statistics, Management Engineering or similar fields;
* A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an international corporate environment
* Fluency in English;
* Independent in organizing and managing activities;
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams;

* Proven experience in leading projects across different teams, driving collaboration and achieving results.
