We are seeking a System Dev Engineer with experience in software engineering support or a similar role, with a proven track record of improving software development, business, and customer service processes, as well as technical support experiences. /ppThe ideal candidate will be an experienced technical team member willing to take on challenging responsibilities, with a metrics-focused approach, customer orientation, and the ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
