Job Description
Role Overview:
* This role is responsible for defining the optimal production schedule to ensure efficient production flow and timely delivery, in line with customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Define manufacturing times, considering production capacity, resource constraints, scheduling efficiency, and order release logic.
2. Customer Collaboration: Work with Customer Care to meet market needs and deliver excellent customer experiences.
3. Order Allocation: Support the allocation of orders between fabrication and service centers (in collaboration with the Service Manager).
4. Timely Delivery: Ensure that orders are delivered on time to affiliated companies.
5. Process Improvement: Lead improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction, including On-Time Delivery and Lead Time.
6. Performance Analysis: Produce reports and analyses to provide a comprehensive overview of fabrication performance and orders portfolio.
7. KPI Management: Manage Tier 3 and Tier 4 level KPIs.
8. SAP Training: Support employees in Fabrication by providing SAP training.
9. Process Coordination: Coordinate SAP Process Activities in collaboration with the Key Users community for PP, WM, and Shipping modules.
10. Material Procurement: Support Material Procurement in programming material deliveries to meet customer demands.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
