This new role will report into the Commercial Development Operations Senior Manager. The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team with client-facing material, sales operations processes and events, client-onboarding processes, and internal reporting. The role will be a key driver of the Commercial Development team’s success.
What you will accomplish
* Sales Support & Operations
* Prepare compelling ad hoc presentations for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
* Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards used by the commercial team
* Provide prompt, accurate responses to client and prospect inquiries on non-technical matters (e.g., privacy policies, general product information)
* Coordinate follow-up activities for sales calls, meetings, and events to ensure consistent client engagement
Document & Contract Management
* Maintain organized document repositories and contract databases
* Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure proper documentation
* Oversee client and partner onboarding processes on company systems (e.g., iCertis platform)
* Facilitate execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents
Client Relations Monitoring
* Monitor and manage website inbound leads and inquiries
* Support client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
* Maintain accurate client and prospect databases
Event & Travel Coordination
* Plan and organize business travel arrangements for team members
* Coordinate sales events, client entertainment, and team activities
* Provide on-site support for business development team during events and conferences
Reporting & Analytics
* Develop and update reports and presentations for CLG and eBay leadership
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
What you will bring
* 4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, or commercial project management.
* Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in deadline-driven, cross-functional environments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level reports and client-ready materials.
* Proficiency with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel / G
