The focus of this role will be on driving and maturing our reward philosophy and approach for the EMEA region to help attract, retain and motivate talent across a diverse set of roles and skillsets. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EMEA Rewards Director with demonstrable expertise and knowledge, including strategic reward leadership, benchmarking, job architecture and evaluation, salary band design and benefits plan design.
