Ph3Overview /h3 pbTransport Coordinator in Borgo San Giovanni. /b This key position plays a central role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods for major FMCG and Consumer Electronics clients. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Transport Planners /li liEnsure adherence to operational best practices, safety regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs). /li liFoster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li liManage and optimize daily departures, including load planning and scheduling. /li liOversee the efficient flow of goods; /li liGuarantee delivery performance targets are consistently achieved and maintained. /li liManage daily relationships and performance of external transport providers /li liMonitor carrier KPIs (quality, timeliness, cost) and initiate corrective actions when needed. /li liParticipate in periodic business reviews, performance assessments, and volume allocation meetings /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /li liProven experience (3+ years) in transport coordination /li liExperience in managing performance metrics (KPI, SLA). /li liStrong knowledge of transport planning tools, TMS systems, and operational dashboards. /li liProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis). /li liSolid understanding of national transport regulations, safety standards, and compliance. /li liExcellent communication, conflict‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills. /li liProficient in English (written and spoken). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
