## **The Role**As a **Procurement Specialist**, you will contribute to ensuring the efficient acquisition of raw materials, components, and parts essential to ARAG's production processes.
You will manage purchasing activities with a focus on cost, quality, and timely delivery, supporting the continuous improvement of the supply chain.You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize purchasing processes.
## **Key Responsibilities*** Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and semi-finished goods ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Support supplier scouting, qualification, and evaluation activities.
* Negotiate prices, lead times, and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
* Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure operational continuity.
* Collaborate with engineering, planning, and production departments to align purchasing activities with business needs.
* Analyze data and KPIs using Excel and other procurement tools to drive decision-making.
* Contribute to improving procurement processes, workflows, and supplier performance.
* Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving activities.
## **Requirements*** **1–3 years of experience** in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within industrial, mechanical, electronic, or manufacturing environments.
* Experience in **direct procurement**: considered a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with solid proficiency in **Excel** and data analysis.
* Bachelor's degree in **Economics** or related fields: considered a plus.
* Intermediate (**B2**) level of English.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
