Ph3Innovation Solution Excellence Lead – Oncology Business Unit /h3 h3Location: GSK, Verona - Italy /h3 pGSK remains committed to achieving bold commercial ambitions for the future. Through continuous innovation and a dedicated focus on scientific and technical excellence, we strive to develop and launch new, groundbreaking treatments that address critical health challenges. /p h3Mission /h3 pDrive performance, strategic alignment and innovation across the entire Oncology Business Unit by leading the national Innovation Healthcare Solutions capability, enabling field execution excellence, and ensuring the effective deployment of HQ strategies at local level. This role acts as a strategic connector between Franchise Leads, BUH, BIA, Market Access, Medical, and the IHSM field teams—ensuring coordinated execution, data-driven decision making and impactful engagement with healthcare stakeholders. This position provides direct leadership to all Innovation Healthcare Solution Managers (IHSMs) across the oncology portfolio. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Performance Leadership Resource Optimization /h3 ul liProvide national oversight of asset performance, working closely with BUH, BIA, and Franchise Leads to identify systemic barriers and opportunities for growth. /li liDefine frameworks and priorities to guide IHSMs in focusing field efforts on high-value activities, optimizing resource allocation and driving operational excellence. /li liLead performance improvement initiatives across the BU, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance. /li /ul h3Innovation Solution Excellence /h3 ul liAct as the BU’s catalyst for innovation, identifying, piloting and scaling solutions that enhance engagement, streamline execution and improve patient and HCP experience. /li liDrive the development of innovative approaches in customer experience, omnichannel activation, digital tools, and value-based partnership models. /li liSupport IHSMs in tailoring HQ content to field needs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and customer‑centricity across all channels. /li liDefine and coordinate the national cross‑functional KOL engagement plan, ensuring clear prioritization and consistent activation across Regions. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Governance Strategic Planning /h3 ul liLead the national governance model for Strategic Account Management (SAM), ensuring that local strategies align with national priorities and brand plans. /li liFacilitate strong collaboration among Medical, Market Access, IHSMs and Franchise teams to ensure integrated planning and execution. /li /ul h3Field Capability Building Team Leadership /h3 ul liDevelop solutions to fostering advanced marketing capability, customer insight generation, and innovative mindset. /li liEnsure Field teams are equipped with the right tools, analytics, frameworks and training to execute effectively in the field. /li liProvide feedback and strategic direction to ensure consistent excellence across all therapeutic areas. /li /ul h3Experience Skills – Must Have /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business, marketing or commercial‑excellence roles. /li liStrong understanding of Oncology markets, Cx needs and field execution dynamics. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead national initiatives, collaborate cross‑functionally, and manage both HQ and field responsibilities. /li liExperience in developing and deploying Cx engagement strategies, account management, or field marketing models. /li liStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in using insights, data and BI tools to drive decisions. /li liProven leadership skills with experience coaching, developing and motivating field or hybrid teams. /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in multi‑stakeholder management /li liExperience with innovation frameworks, digital health solutions /li liPrior leadership of hybrid HQ–Field roles or excellence/enablement functions. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li /ul pWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
