DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* First point of contact for IT support within the organisation
* Select and prepare new laptops/desktops based on departmental needs. Collaborate with external IT providers for initial system and user setup; Check and install printers
* Install and configure necessary software per department
* Provide first-level support to office users for day-to-day IT issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
* Evaluate and diagnose computer problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
* Assist internal staff members with Office and productivity tools, ensuring they can perform their roles efficiently.
* Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
* Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops and assigned users.
* Manage SharePoint access for internal and external users and keep updated records.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
* Get trained in and manage the company's Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
* Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
* Prior experience in a professional services environment (e.g., audit, accounting, legal firm) would be an advantage.
