We’re looking for a Finance Operations Team Leader to join our Transformer Factory in Trento, Italy.
This is a factory‑facing leadership role, designed for someone who wants real impact, real ownership, and real visibility.
This is not a back‑office finance position.
It’s a role at the heart of performance, decision‑making, and transformation.
🔍 Why this role matters
In this role, you will:
* Shape the profitability and competitiveness of a key manufacturing site
* Lead cost‑out and cross‑functional initiatives with Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Project Management
* Own the end‑to‑end operational and commercial finance agenda (offers, projects, claims, KPIs)
* Drive transparency, accountability, and digitalization in finance processes
* Lead and develop a local finance team (~10 people) with international exposure
Your work will directly impact margins, cash flow, and long‑term plant performance — with results visible on the shop floor, not just in reports.
👤 Who we’re looking for
* Strong background in industrial finance / controlling
* Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and confidence with senior stakeholders
* Fluent English; Italian is a plus
