Junior Trade Marketing Specialist role at Champion Europe Group.
This position is based in Carpi, Modena (Italy) with a temporary contract.
We are seeking a driven, energetic candidate to join the team.
Core responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of 360° trade marketing campaigns across wholesale channels (digital and offline)
Support the organization of activations, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in line with global and local strategies
Develop and adapt point-of-sale materials, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact on wholesale accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, retail, visual etc) to ensure timely and consistent execution
Monitor actions performance and KPIs, providing reporting and insights
Analyze competitor actions and market trends to identify new opportunities and benchmarks
Contribute to the annual trade marketing calendar, adapting global guidelines to local needs
Skills and attitudes
Degree in Trade Marketing, Marketing or related fields
1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel dynamics
Project management skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Attention to detail and strong organizational mindset
Ability to manage timelines and stakeholders across different teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (experience with creative tools is a plus)
Fluency in Italian and English
Passion for Sport is a must
