Consultant – Funding Finance in the Agricultural and Agro‑food Field
The candidate will join the specialized team dedicated to co‑financed projects from European, national, and regional funds (PSR, CSR regionali, PAC, PNRR) and will report to the technical area leads.
Responsibilities
* Analyze tenders and funding opportunities for agricultural, agro‑industrial, and consortium clients.
* Draft and submit contribution applications for PAC, PSR, CSR regional, and PNRR funds.
* Provide technical assistance during the implementation of funded projects.
* Prepare technical, administrative, and accounting reports on expenditures.
* Verify eligibility and support the preparation of documentation for funding agencies.
* Act as the direct liaison with beneficiaries, managing entities, agronomy consultants, and technical project consultants.
* Conduct field inspections and coordinate with potential project partners.
Qualifications
* Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Economics, Law, Engineering or related discipline.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in funded‑finance consulting within the agricultural/agro‑food domain (e.g., PSR, CSR, PNRR).
* Comprehensive knowledge of main funding instruments (PAC, FEASR, PNRR, regional agricultural funds).
* Ability to autonomously manage projects and familiarity with platforms such as SIAN.
* Excellent relational, organisational, and normative‑analysis skills.
* Willingness to travel for inspections or technical meetings.
* Active Partita IVA (mandatory tax requirement).
