3. Overseeing daily spa operations, including services, reservations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
4. Coordinating and training spa staff to deliver exceptional service aligned with hotel standards.
5. Developing innovative wellness programs, treatment packages, and seasonal promotions.
6. Monitoring guest satisfaction, managing feedback, and implementing improvements.
7. Supervising the spa budget to optimize costs and maximize revenue while maintaining quality.
8. Collaborating with marketing to promote the spa via social media, newsletters, and local partnerships.
9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
* Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in luxury establishments.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with attention to detail.
* In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, beauty products, and wellness trends.
* Proficiency in marketing and sales to grow the spa business.
* Budget management and financial skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for hospitality.
* Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
* Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
