PstronguPOSITION SUMMARY:br / /u /strong /ppManage and supervise tender participation on behalf of the company, insuring a correct presentation of documents required from Public costumers, accurate understanding of tender contracts and quotations as required, managing a workforce, in alignment with strategy and guidelines provided by superior and Commercial Operations Director and/or Manager. /ppbr / /ppstronguPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES /u /strong:br / /pulliMonitor new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals in order to understand their requirements and specifications and identify those of interest to the company. /liliManage and optimise the entire tendering process ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance and quality from processing to award, monitoring volumes /liliWork with sales representatives to review/produce reports, ensuring that tenders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, resolving any issues. /liliManage all aspects of tender bids and quotations for customers. /liliManage the data processing part for site and price changes. /liliAnalysing the results of contracts (won/lost) and calculating the market share in cooperation with Marketing. /liliSupport Marketing and Sales in monitoring the pricing policy and strategy for tenders. /liliEnsure the correct development and follow-up of the ‘contracts’ software and IT tools essential for the smooth running of the department. /liliTraining staff (new and existing) to improve skills and understanding /liliResolving critical issues or problems related to tenders by interfacing with the relevant lawyers. /liliProvide daily direction and communication to staff so that all tenders are processed within the necessary timeframe to ensure efficient and competent work. /liliMonitor and suggest improvements in processes and procedures. /liliProvide regular feedback and coaching to each team member. /liliWrite and manage performance reviews to improve competencies, linking performance to merit enhancement and ensuring employees have the appropriate training and resources to do their jobs. /liliResolve any issues regarding employee relations and maintain a high quality work environment to motivate employees to perform at their highest level. /liliManage discipline and/or performance issues according to company policy. /liliSupport the Manager in day-to-day operations, including development, analysis and implementation of staffing programmes, training, planning and recognition. /liliWork as a member or leader of special or ongoing projects that are important for area/process improvement. /liliEstablishing work procedures that support the company standards and strategic directives of the department. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS /u /strong:br / /pulliDegree in law, economics or related disciplines or diploma with relevant experience. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position (Resp. Uff. Tenders and Contracts) preferably in the biomedical sector. /liliThorough knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Contracts Code) and of the main e-procurement platforms (e.G. SINTEL, MEPA). /liliExcellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). /liliExperience in managing administrative, economic and technical documentation to participate in public tenders as well as in issuing quotations to Private Customers. /liliSkill in analyzing tender notices and adapting tenders to regulations. /liliKnowledge of sector regulations and ability to manage compliance with laws and regulations. /liliAbility to negotiate with public authorities /liliExperience in optimizing internal tender management processes, including digitization and KPI monitoring. /liliAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. /liliAnalytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. /liliThorough knowledge of international medical device regulations (e.G.
