As such we expect our Front desk Receptionist to possess these qualities along with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with prospective families.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Welcoming families and students, visitors and suppliers - Conducting tours for prospective parents/students. - Respond to general parent requests. - Manage external service needs. - Contact suppliers. - Manage student documentation and processes. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: - Minimum 2 years' experience working in front desk or a similar role - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English and Italian; - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Cover Letter; - CV with photo; - Contact details of referees, one of which must be the Head/Director from current/most recent appointment.
