QC Technology & Innovation SpecialistLocation: Borgo San Michele – Latina, Italy. 12‐month fixed term contract.PurposeIdentify new automation and simplification opportunities in the current QC environment and support laboratory efficiency.Responsibilities
Propose and implement innovation projects.Perform core business activities: shipments, consumables management, data trending for NIR tests, master data creation, and related tasks.Lead the paperless laboratory initiative: develop LIMS software master data, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, capture user requirements, and manage critical issues.Support stability: manage stability samples and identify simplification opportunities.Manage consumables: ensure adequate stock of reagents and standards, oversee expired reagent lifecycle.Maintain electronic system master data: empower methods, reports, projects and custom fields for iLAB, Smart QC and Checklyst Manager.Support lab activities: handle shipments, document management (periodic review, RMS, DR), and assess NIR model performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field (CTF).Strong organizational skills.Problem‐solving attitude.Fluency in Italian and English.
