Responsibilities include: Client Master the client journey to create emotional connections and desire; Engage with existing and prospective clients according to weekly plans set by store management; Provide Valentino Couture service impeccably during all phases: preparation, welcome, exploration, presentation, closing, and farewell; Focus on developing and retaining existing clients while recruiting new ones; Engage clients through every sales opportunity, including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone inquiries; Participate actively in sales routines and partnerships. Operations and Visual Merchandising Manage all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints; Ensure proper product maintenance and replenishment on the floor; Maintain knowledge of warehouse stock across all categories to optimize re-stocking and sales; Follow administrative and operational procedures; Coordinate with visual teams to ensure display guidelines are met and report relevant information to store management. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus; Proactive team player with a positive attitude; Strong knowledge of high fashion; Adaptability to evolving company needs; Existing client network within the luxury sector.
