Your mission:
As
Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of
grid connection infrastructure
for renewable energy projects—playing a key role across the entire project lifecycle.
You will preferably be based in our
Bari office, with the option to work from
Rome, within a hybrid model.
What you’ll do:
Lead the
implementation of grid connections
from feasibility to construction and final handover;
Manage
technical negotiations with grid operators, ensuring full regulatory compliance;
Act as the
reference point for electrical infrastructure
(substations, cable routes, overhead lines);
Coordinate with
internal teams and external stakeholders;
Oversee
contracts and third-party contractors/consultants
involved in electrical infrastructure delivery.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s or master´s degree in
Electrical Engineering
(or equivalent);
5+ years of experience
in utility-scale renewable projects (grid connection focus);
Strong
problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
Fluency in
Italian and English
both written and spoken ;
Willingness to travel for several days at a time.
