This includes supplier selection, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Manage inspections at supplier sites and intervene directly in case of defects or anomalies, analyzing root causes and collaborating on effective solutions to safeguard production continuity and supply chain reliability. /ppMain Activities /pulliFill out inspection reports and update data in company IT systems. /liliReport any detected non-conformities and support the supervisor in managing them. /liliVerify correct identification and traceability of outgoing materials and spare parts. /liliInspect spare parts intended for customers, ensuring they match the order and requirements. /liliArchive technical and quality documentation related to inspected materials. /liliAnalyze non-conformities in incoming materials. /liliHandle notifications and initiate supplier complaints. /liliSupervise and validate corrective actions (e.g., 8D reports). /liliPlan and carry out supplier visits for source inspections to verify product compliance before shipment. /liliParticipate in on-site technical meetings with suppliers to discuss anomalies and manage non-conformities in materials, components, or processes. /liliCollaborate directly with suppliers in root cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions. /liliDraft inspection reports and visit minutes, sharing outcomes with relevant internal departments. /li /ulpRequired Qualifications /pulliTechnical diploma or higher education (mechanical, mechatronic, industrial, or related fields). /liliBasic knowledge of mechanical technical drawings and dimensional tolerances. /liliFamiliarity with basic measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge). /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /liliAbility to work in a team and follow instructions from the department supervisor. /liliWillingness to learn technical standards, quality procedures, and non-conformity management. /li /ulpSoft Skills and Personal Attitudes /pulliTechnical curiosity and desire for professional growth. /liliAttention to detail and good manual skills. /liliAbility to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and technical departments. /liliFlexibility and willingness to perform both operational and office tasks. /liliAvailability for travel, even on short notice. /li /ulpPreferred Qualifications /pulliExperience, even brief, in quality control or mechanical workshop. /liliExperience in metrology. /liliExperience in quality acceptance. /li /ul
