You will play a key role in building a scalable partner ecosystem that will support the Group’s next phase of international growth. The Role The Group is formalizing its international partner management function at Group level, with a clear mandate: ensure that distributors and strategic partners across all markets experience the organization as structured, reliable, and easy to work with. As Global Partner Program Manager, you will own the quality and consistency of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement through program governance and satisfaction measurement. You will report to the International Channel Director or Group Chief Commercial Officer and work in close coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal across multiple BUs. This is an influence and program execution role. Your impact is measured by partner productivity, channel retention, and the operational scalability of the Group’s international distributor model. You bring experience in channel management, partner operations, or international program management, and you balance analytical rigor with strong relationship skills. You are comfortable coordinating across functions and facilitating solutions to cross-functional problems. You are comfortable operating without formal authority and know how to influence across complex, matrix organizations. You think in systems, not tasks, and bring structure where others see complexity. What You’ll Do Your mission is to turn our partner network into a predictable and scalable growth engine, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality across all partner interactions. Partner Onboarding & Activation Own the standardized onboarding roadmap (90-180 days) and coordinate internal kick-off across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal Ensure each new partner has full access to price lists, ordering processes, documentation, and key contacts from day one Track onboarding completion rates and time-to-first-order, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements Partner Program Management Maintain the partner database, tier assignments, eligibility rules, and certification requirements Coordinate the annual partner evaluation cycle and ensure partners clearly understand program benefits, obligations, and changes Enablement & Communication Coordinate the enablement calendar across BUs, webinars, product training, launch sessions, and sales toolkits Ensure consistency of partner-facing materials and communications across all regions and Business Units Manage quarterly partner communication cadence Partner Satisfaction & Voice of Partner Design and run partner satisfaction surveys (annual/bi-annual), analyze results by region and BU, and build improvement action plans with clear ownership and deadlines Governance, Reporting & Escalation Produce monthly partner health dashboards tracking active vs. inactive partners, churn risk, and engagement levels Maintain the escalation register, facilitate cross-functional resolution of critical partner issues, and identify systemic friction points Support the Channel Director in quarterly executive reporting and QBR preparation for Tier A partners Track and report on key channel performance indicators, including: pipeline generated via partners, revenue influenced via partners, number of joint enterprise deals, time-to-activation of partner accounts, growth rate of Tier A partners, and joint marketing campaigns executed What You Bring Essential 8-10 years of experience in channel management, partner program management, or partner operations in an international setting Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs across multi-BU or multi-brand organizations Strong data orientation: comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Fluent in English and at least Spanish or French Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50% of the time) Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct reporting lines Nice to Have Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools Background in industrial, manufacturing, or specialty materials sectors Familiarity with structured program management methodologies (PMP, Agile) Experience working in international groups with matrix reporting structures Why this role matters This role sits at the core of our international expansion strategy. As we scale our partner network, the ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience will directly impact revenue growth, operational efficiency, and brand perception across markets.
