Within the internship you will: Payment Cycle Support: Assist the team in preparing payment proposals and uploading payment files to banking portals, ensuring data accuracy under the supervision of senior specialists.Bank Reconciliation Support: Help perform daily matching of bank transactions with accounting entries in the ERP system and highlight any unmatched items for review.Team Collaboration (AP & MDM): Work with both the AP and Vendor Master Data teams to help verify vendor banking details and identify missing information needed for successful payments.Helpdesk & Query Handling: Monitor the team’s shared mailbox and assist in answering basic payment status inquiries from suppliers and internal colleagues.Administrative & Closing Support: Support the department with daily administrative tasks (such as archiving bank statements) and assist with basic reporting activities during the month-end close.RequirementsFluency in Italian and Eng
