You'll need to present it if selected for the next stage.Contract: This is a freelance (libero professionista) position.Languages: Fluent English and Italian required, with solid knowledge of your assigned itinerary.

What We Require
Fluent English & Italian, excellent communication and presentation skillsAt least 5 years of residence in Italy (if not Italian)24/7 availability during toursStrong knowledge of Italian destinations, local history, culture, and wildlifeUnderstanding of American travelers and cultureCreative, resourceful team player with leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsEnthusiasm and passion for sharing life experiences and discussing cultural insightsMinimum 2 years' experience escorting groups preferred (not required)International work experience a plus
Your Responsibilities
Contact travelers before trips via emails or callsConfirm transportation, activities, and vendor arrangementsHandle medical or emergency situations with professionalismProvide commentaries and info talks on destinations, culture, and daily lifeOffer and manage excursion products and paymentsCreate Learning & Discovery activities for travelersGo off the beaten track to show authentic local life
