Site AI Partner (Lean)
Job Summary: The AI Partner will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and deploying high‐impact artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation applications at the site level. The role requires close collaboration with multiple functions and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful integration and scaling of AI solutions.
Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and evaluate high‐impact AI/ML opportunities at the site level.
Act as the key AI partner for cross‐functional project teams.
Guide teams through the potential and limitations of AI/ML to address specific business challenges.
Translate business challenges into clear problem statements, measurable success criteria, and value hypotheses.
Serve as a key partner to leverage AMP 2.0 possibilities and coach teams in AMP 2.0 use‐cases.
Drive proof‐of‐concept development for high‐impact opportunities at the site level.
Work closely with the PT Central AI team to run feasibility tests or adapt existing use‐cases for site business needs.
Partner with PT Central AI and other stakeholders to scale AI POCs to production‐scale deployments.
Activate the business impact of AI solutions at the site level.
Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, artificial intelligence or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in the industrial application of AI/ML (PoCs, first deployments) and in working with business departments and IT/OT.
Strong data and integration skills: SQL, structured/unstructured data handling, APIs/ETL, data quality checks; integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES); visualization using Power BI/Tableau.
Experience with Lean/Kaizen practices and facilitating workshops/events.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
Desired Characteristics Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Good understanding of project management principles, including agile methodologies, to drive projects from concept to completion.
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of onsite activities.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholders and prepare clear documentation.
Collaborative mindset, working effectively within diverse, cross‐functional teams at the site and PT level.

Pay Range: €45 400.00 – €68 000.00 gross per annum
