Essential Functions Installs, starts up, and shuts down equipment following safety procedures and operational requirements. Advises operators and line mechanics on operational procedures and safety requirements for electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment. Maintains performance and maintenance records for equipment. Provides technical training and guidance to colleagues as needed. Tests and debugs equipment to identify defects. Collaborates with a global team of engineers across North America, Italy, and India. Performs preventive maintenance as directed. Supports manufacturing/assembly teams and field service. May travel to customer sites for technical support. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in a shop or field role with broad operational knowledge. Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work independently and train others. Experience with programming ControlLogix, Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and interpreting electrical/mechanical schematics. Understanding of web handling, tension control, rewinding, unwinding, and servo motion control. Strong logical reasoning and understanding of functional safety (ISO13849). Può visitare clienti per supporto tecnico. Svolge altre mansioni. Requisiti in Italiano Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in officina o sul campo. Esperienza nel settore manifatturiero preferibile. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e formare altri. Esperienza con controllo del movimento e schemi elettrici/meccanici. Conoscenza di sicurezza funzionale (ISO13849).
