Divisione Permanent Placement is seeking to recruit a solid company operating in the rubber and plastics sector for the role of: HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST The candidate, placed within the Personnel Administration office, will be responsible for: Daily attendance tracking and monthly payroll closing; Processing payslips and managing contribution, insurance, and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations; Managing periodic and annual obligations; Handling employment practices including hiring, transformation, and termination; Managing relationships with external entities (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency, pension funds, etc.); Supporting employees with administrative personnel management tasks; Assisting in recruiting activities; Organizing training courses and internships; Verifying and controlling documentation related to contracts. Requirements Diploma or degree in economic disciplines; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Excellent relational, communication, and organizational skills; Pragmatic approach and problem-solving orientation; Confidentiality and reliability in managing sensitive information.
