Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Account Manager Lombardia is responsible for driving sustainable commercial growth across the Lombardia territory by managing and expanding customer relationships within histopathology laboratories. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Organization working remotely to cover the Lombardia region.Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities across public and private histopathology laboratoriesPromote and sell the full Leica Biosystems portfolio, including instruments, consumables, and digital solutions, in alignment with territory strategyManage complex sales processes, including public tenders, pricing negotiations, and key account planningBachelor's degree or equivalent; Multiple years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the medical device, diagnostics, or life‐science industries.Business‐level proficiency in EnglishTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordUsing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
