Position
Main Role Responsibilities
* Manage the implementation of a new ERP platform across regions worldwide, focusing on finance.
* Analyze business requirements and define the appropriate IT strategy to translate business processes into IT solutions.
* Participate actively in the new ERP project, supporting accounting and controlling implementation (design, functional specification analysis, validation, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support).
* Serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and collaborate with external consultants.
* Manage the rollout for all group companies worldwide.
* Oversee the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems, through internal and external resources.
Other Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships related to the ERP transformation.
* Develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
* Maintain updated documentation including requirements, functional analyses, meeting minutes, manuals, and test books.
Requirements
* University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 5-7+ years of ERP management experience.
* 3+ years of Project & Program Management experience.
* 3-5+ years of experience in the Retail/Fashion industry.
* Proven experience supporting finance functions such as accounting, payable, receivable, asset management, and controlling.
Desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 platform.
* International multi-industry experience.
Skills
* Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
