PpbPosition Title /b: Health, Safety Hygiene Manager /p pbDepartment /b: Operations / Quality Compliance /p pbReports To /b: General Manager / Director of Operations /p pbDirect Subordinates /b: Stewarding Supervisor, Hygiene Officer, Safety Officer /p h32. Position Purpose /h3 pResponsible for ensuring that all fine dining restaurant operations comply with the highest standards of bhygiene, sanitation, occupational health safety, and food safety /b, in order to maintain exceptional service quality, guest safety, and regulatory compliance. /p h33. Key Responsibilities /h3 pDevelop, implement, and monitor bHygiene, Sanitation, and Food Safety standards /b in accordance with HACCP and applicable regulations. /p pEnsure all kitchen, dining, storage, and back-of-house areas meet fine dining cleanliness standards. /p pSupervise and manage the bStewarding team /b to maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and operational areas. /p pImplement bHealth Safety (HSE/K3) /b programs including accident prevention and emergency procedures. /p pConduct regular inspections, internal audits, and compliance evaluations. /p pHandle and follow up on audit findings, guest complaints related to hygiene, and safety incidents. /p pProvide regular training to all employees on hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety. /p pMaintain proper documentation, inspection reports, and hygiene safety certifications. /p pCoordinate closely with the Executive Chef and management to uphold food quality and cleanliness standards. /p h34. Authority /h3 pRecommend corrective actions or temporary operational suspension in case of serious hygiene or safety violations. /p pEstablish hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies. /p pPropose procurement of cleaning equipment, PPE, and safety tools. /p h35. Qualifications /h3 pMinimum bDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree /b in Hospitality, Environmental Health, or Occupational Safety. /p pAt least b3–5 years of experience /b in a similar role, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels. /p pStrong knowledge of bHACCP, Food Safety, Hygiene Sanitation, and Occupational Health Safety /b. /p pExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. /p pDetail-oriented, firm, and quality-driven. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
