With over 180 employees, Impact Acoustic operates from its headquarters in Lucerne, with production facilities in Milan, San Diego, and Manila, and business development teams across Europe, the Americas, Middle East, and Asia. /p pAs bOperational Controller /b, you will be a key performance partner to our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the global operations leadership team. Based in Mezzago, Italy, with responsibility across multiple international production sites, you will drive operational transparency, performance improvement, and cost discipline throughout our global manufacturing network. /p pYour role is to identify inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and translate operational data into clear insights, concrete actions, and measurable results. You will play a central role in strengthening Operational Excellence, standardizing KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all sites. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Performance Partnering Operational Transparency /h3 ul liAct as a trusted sparring partner to the COO, plant managers, and operations leaders on performance, efficiency, cost, and improvement topics /li liEstablish and continuously improve standardized operational KPIs, reporting structures, and controlling processes across all production sites /li liPrepare concise, decision-oriented management reports and presentations for the executive team /li /ul h3Operational Performance Management Improvement /h3 ul liIdentify slow, inefficient, or error-prone processes and proactively propose data-driven improvement measures /li liAnalyze, harmonize, and continuously optimize global operational KPIs, including productivity, throughput, scrap, rework, lead time, and capacity utilization /li liIdentify cost drivers, operational risks, and performance gaps across the global production network /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement Operational Controlling /h3 ul liChallenge and support plant managers with clear analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations /li liSupport global Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives with robust performance tracking /li liMonitor production performance, margins, variances, and inventory levels; analyze deviations and explain root causes at group level /li liSupport global budgeting, forecasting, and long-term operational planning processes /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with production, procurement, logistics, quality, engineering, and group controlling teams worldwide to ensure alignment and execution excellence /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Controlling, or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in operational controlling, operational excellence, or performance management within an international manufacturing environment /li liStrong understanding of production processes and operational KPIs across multiple sites /li liProven ability to identify inefficiencies and translate complex data into clear, practical improvement actions /li liStrategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach /li liExcellent analytical skills with a strong business orientation /li liAdvanced Excel skills and solid ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) /li liFluent English is mandatory; German is an advantage /li liWillingness to travel internationally /li liConfident communicator with the ability to work effectively with senior management /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 ul liInternational, fast-growing company with short decision paths and high transparency /li liHigh level of responsibility and direct exposure to executive management /li liModern and flexible working environment /li liMotivated, ambitious colleagues and a flat organizational structure /li liPurpose-driven company committed to sustainability, circularity, and climate neutrality /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
