To strengthen its European Design & Consulting team, ADB Safegate is currently looking for a Designer based in Belgium.
Offerta
Your main responsibilities include:
* Managing airside design and consulting projects from concept to execution
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (designers, technicians, external consultants)
* Producing and reviewing technical reports, engineering calculations, and design documentation
* Developing airside infrastructure designs (lighting, signage, markings, cabling, AVDGS systems, etc.)
* Preparing bill of quantities and technical specifications for tendering and project execution
* Ensuring compliance with ICAO standards and aviation regulations
* Providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
* Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting design solutions
* Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in tools, processes, and systems
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Competenze ed esperienza
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of experience in design projects (aviation/airport industry strongly preferred)
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
* Good understanding of airside infrastructure and airport operations is a strong asset
* Fluent in English
* Based in Belgium or willing to relocate
