It aims to foster a culture of knowledge sharing, process efficiency, improve collaboration, and enhance decision-making through the effective use of the highest quality content and knowledge resources. It aims also to transform how content is managed across the content lifecycle to reach the highest quality and how knowledge is shared, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to make informed decisions and contribute to the organization's growth and excellence. /ppstrongA Day in the Life of a Product Owner in Content Knowledge Management Strategy /strong /pulliDevelop and implement a comprehensive content and knowledge management strategy aligned with Nestlé’s digital transformation goals.
