We are looking for Firestop Specialists with a strong customer orientation, eager to start a rewarding and successful career path in an international company.
What You’ll Do
* Work closely with customers and support major projects, collaborating with fire protection designers, installers, and contractors to find the best solutions for each application.
* Train key customer contacts, supporting them on various projects regarding the use, benefits, and value of Hilti products, ensuring specifications meet project requirements.
* Transfer all necessary information to the sales team to best support commercial activities.
* Work directly on customers’ construction sites to evaluate project opportunities, providing consulting, solutions, and technical assistance related to the application of Hilti solutions.
* Develop new business opportunities and local strategies in collaboration with the Product Manager and corporate teams.
What You’ll Bring
* Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.
* +2 years of experience in design or construction.
* Expertise in fire protection systems.
* Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
* Fluent in both English and Italian.
