We are looking for an experiencedrestaurant waiter — someone who has done this work for some years, who reads a table at a glance, who can pair a dish with a Barbaresco without notes (or wants to learn the same), and who takes pride in service as a craft.
The role
Front-of-house service across ADAGIO and ANIMA
Wine service: not just pouring, but advising — our list deserves it
Guest care from arrival to digestivo, in English and (ideally) Italian
Opportunity to run a service as the responsible (subject to performance)
Working closely with the kitchen and with the sommelier — a real partnership, not a hierarchy
What we offer
Seasonal contract (CCNL Turismo) — we'll structure it around the right person
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with thirteenth and fourteenth months as per CCNL
