Role Description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an Import / Export Intern to join the Supply Chain team at Group Headquarters in Milan.
The role offers hands-on exposure to customs operations, international trade compliance and import/export processes, supporting daily activities related to inbound and outbound flows in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Check and validate customs documentation in compliance with import/export regulations
* Prepare instructions for customs brokers and support clearance activities
* Ensure customs rules, Incoterms and trade terms are correctly applied and timelines respected
* Follow up with internal stakeholders and external providers
* Support the team in interactions with Customs Authorities
* Manage archiving and record keeping of customs-related documentation
* Provide operational support to the Import–Export & Trade Compliance team
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics, Law or similar
* Highly motivated, proactive and team-oriented mindset
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Knowledge of Incoterms and/or EUDR is considered a plus
