Base pay range
The selected candidate will manage and lead the sales team, define strategies to acquire and retain clients, and offer personalized product advice.
Management and coordination of the commercial team, defining objectives and strategies to increase sales and retain customers.
Client reception and consultation, recommending the most suitable products.
Guidance in purchase decisions to satisfy client needs with a personalized approach.
Monitoring sales targets, ensuring effectiveness of strategies and continuously improving results.
Required qualifications:
Previous experience as a commercial promoter or in similar roles, with a focus on direct sales and consultation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients empathetically and professionally.
Goal-oriented attitude and strong motivation to achieve tangible results.
Proficient use of computer equipment.
Leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative mindset and drive to meet company objectives.
Offer details:
Fixed-term contract of 3 months, renewable.
Full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday.
