✨ Role Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support a major customer in the Energy & Utilities (E&UT;) sector.
You will join the maintenance team with a key mission: analyze technical requirements, identify root causes of failures, and define corrective and preventive actions to improve plant and process reliability.
Your work will directly contribute to business continuity, performance optimization, and cross‑functional technical improvement initiatives.
🔧 Main Responsibilities
Maintenance Requirements Analysis
- Evaluate functional and technical needs related to maintenance processes.
- Identify critical areas requiring intervention.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Conduct structured RCA to determine causes of failures or inefficiencies.
- Translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
Corrective & Preventive Actions
- Define, implement and monitor CAPA activities.
- Ensure long‑term reliability and process stability.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Production and HSE teams.
- Support technical problem‑solving and improvement initiatives
Technical Documentation
- Prepare technical reports, RCA documentation and performance analyses.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Autonomous Activity Management
- Plan, prioritize and manage maintenance engineering tasks independently.
- Ensure timely execution of improvement actions.

IT Tools & Maintenance Systems
- Strong proficiency with IT tools and maintenance information systems (CMMS, monitoring platforms, databases, reporting tools).
- Ability to extract, analyze and interpret plant performance data.
