Regional Responsibilities The primary objective of the Security & Loss Prevention Coordinator is to ensure loss prevention aspects and safeguard the customer experience as per company policies. This cross‑functional role requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders, regional engagement, and close coordination with cross‑functional teams. It also involves assisting the reporting manager with day‑to‑day activities, planning, sourcing, and executing processes and procedures to maintain high‑quality, timely support for Operations. Process Improvement & Loss Prevention Program Management Conduct process reviews and necessary improvements, collaborate with Ops and cross‑functional teams, and review loss level matrices weekly. Partner with operations and support functions to evaluate current and future business processes and initiatives, and pursue company‑wide loss prevention program improvements. Audits Maintain plans and SOPs, perform periodic checks of documentation, and conduct interior and exterior loss prevention compliance checks on site, responding promptly to any security or loss prevention issues. Loss Prevention Analysis Complete investigations and submit reports quickly, liaise with law enforcement and industry bodies, follow up on loss buckets, and control shrink. Address safety and security incidents, including potential workplace violence, and conduct testing of incident response plans. Track and report on key performance indicators, coordinate with worldwide support teams, and maintain weekly communication with L3/Ops. Process Checks Enhance, track, and report on performance‑indicating metrics, conduct random process checks daily or weekly, and enforce tight control over processes. Reports Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and follow up on suspected movements or process violations at the site.
