Ph3Position Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a candidate that will join our QC Lab Technician team as an Intern. The QC Laboratory Technician Intern is responsible for assisting in administration of the quality functions at a site to assure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA 21 CFR Part 820/211, EU MDR and other applicable regulatory standards. Under direct supervision, perform Quality Control tests to defined specifications using analytical instrumentation. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liDecontaminates, cleans, and sterilizes glassware and other containers. /li liSupports the monitoring and maintenance of laboratory equipment including calibration. /li liPrepares media and reagents. /li liPerforms routine quality control test. /li /ul h3Education Degree /h3 pAssociate's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry /p h3Required Competencies /h3 ul liEagerness to learn and develop technical skills through hands‑on experience in a laboratory setting. /li liBasic understanding of laboratory procedures and strong attention to detail. /li liAbility to follow instructions accurately and work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ul pSTERIS strives to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
