Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. /p pDiscover Extraordinary* Every Day. /p h3The role designed for you /h3 pIf you're passionate about building strong relationships, enabling performance, and driving positive change, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pIn your role as HRBP of two production sites (Cordenons and Scurelle), reporting to the Global HRBP Operations, and working closely with the rest of the HR Team and the Plant management team, you will be responsible for the following main activities: /p ul liYou will oversee day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Sites and support the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives collaborating with relevant CoEs (i.e., Talent Development and Reward). /li liYou will act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose of facilitating our transformational journey. /li liYou will manage the relationship and negotiations with the local Trade Union and Territorial representatives. /li liYou will advise management and employees in Employee Relations and Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local laws and regulations. /li liYou will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycles and engagement, and increase productivity and retention. /li liYou will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with business goals. /li liYou will manage selection processes from end to end. /li liYou will support rewards process implementation – i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation Benefits team. /li liYou will ensure Talent Development activities, training and projects implementation. /li liYou will cooperate with HR generalists for payroll and admin topics. /li /ul h3The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou have 2+ years of experience in HR functions within global Companies as HRBP based in a production site. /li liYou have Employee and Labor relations competencies and experience. /li liTrade Union relationship management is required. /liliYou are a Human Resources enthusiast. /li liYou are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment. /li liYou have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams. /li liYou have excellent relational skills and can work in cross-functional teams. /li liYou are available to travel. /li liYour English is fluent. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pInterview with the Talent Acquisition, Global HRBP and Plant Director. /p pBased in: Cordenons (Pordenone). /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
