What you will be doing
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation. Following our last funding round in November 2022, we are building out our Talent Acquisition Team to enable and future proof our growth plans. This role will create experiences for you to deliver, learn and grow in a sustained high-growth environment. This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be a core member of the Talent Acquisition Team, helping fuel the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, Spain and soon other countries).
Key responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers, advising and delivering the talent to fuel the growth of Satispay;
Building and delivering talent sourcing strategies for international candidates: finding and engaging candidates through the use of LinkedIn (and other platforms), direct outreach and alternative search techniques;
Engaging prospective candidates on “Why Satispay”, calibrating, assessing, and managing our talent funnel;
Building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs, partnering with your Talent Team and the Hiring Managers;
Reporting and performance analysis;
Supporting employer branding activities.

You have:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition managing end-to-end cycle;
About 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments. Previous experience in scaling companies would represent a strong asset;
Proven experience in searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring;
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers;
Full autonomy in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches (additional experience in recruiting through other job platforms is a strong plus);
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken. Fluency in French will be considered a strong plus.

An excellent communicator and relationship builder;
A very quick learner and adapts fast;
Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment;
Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box';

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
