OverviewHoscoWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-property Director of Revenue Management for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome Edition. Reporting to the General Managers of both properties, the role is responsible for the following key objectives:Drive the overall Revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, segmentation optimization and channel profitability.Establish and evolve a long-term revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, market dynamics and stakeholder expectationsLead the creation, implementation and continuous refinement of Revenue processes, SOPs, analytical tools.Maximize RevPAR, Market Share, ADR, Premium Room and Suite Mix, and profit contribution across all segments.Manage owners' and corporate team's relationships.Core Work ActivitiesAnalyzing and Reporting Revenue Management DataConducts daily, weekly, monthly performance analysisLeads end-of-period analysis, identifying demand trends, need periods, opportunities and risksProduces and presents Owner reports and critiques, integrating STR performance, market trends, pace analysis, segmentation evolution and revenue risksConduct deep-dive analysis on transient segments, promotions, channels, etc.Maintain accuracy and consistency of systems configurations (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP, distribution channels)Monitors online channels and competitive set to ensure price integrity, positioning and content accuracyLead STR Analysis weekly and monthly, identifies market share gaps and develops corrective commercial actionsBuilds, review and updates the annual Room Revenue Budget and collaborates on the Total Hotel BudgetDevelop internal reporting tools to track KPIs and support decision makingManaging Revenue StrategyProvides critical input to property leaders for development of market sales strategyDefines and executes the property's pricing strategy, ensuring rate integrity, competitive positioning and commercial alignmentDevelops transient, group and premium-room strategies, incorporating seasonality, demand shifts, events and compression periodsDrives and monitors suite and premium room penetration, ensuring optimal inventory allocation and mix profitabilityLeads the Group Base Build Strategy, evaluates opportunities and provides recommendations on displacement, pricing and contract termsEnsures daily strategy deployment with FO, Reservations and Sales and verifies alignment in executionEnsures compliance with brand RM processes, PDP diagnostic assessments, and corporate initiativesProvides revenue management functional expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leadersEnsures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented, and modified as market conditions fluctuateProvides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processesBuilding Successful RelationshipsLeads the Commercial Strategy Meetings (daily/weekly/monthly) ensuring cross-functional alignmentCommunicates brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to stakeholders and ownersCommunicates market direction to revenue management, sales and hotel leadersDevelops and nurtures positive working relationships with all departments to ensure flawless execution of strategiesDevelops and manages internal key stakeholder relationshipsProvides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements, and challenges to the stakeholdersAdditional ResponsibilitiesCreates, updates and enforces Revenue SOPs, including premium allocation, upgrade principles, overbooking and tactical actionsSupports onboarding and development of new team membersEnsures all systems (Marsha, HPP, One Yield, OTA extranets) are updated, clean and aligned with strategyLeads cross-functional projects related to efficiency, process optimization, profitability and forecasting improvementRepresents the hotel in meetings with Ownership, corporate teams and key partnersMaintains strict documentation and data accuracy for audit and compliance purposesWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to be part of a luxury lifestyle hotel where we celebrate your unique talentPart of Marriott International, the largest hospitality brand in the world- this means national and internal promotion opportunities for the right candidates.
