For an International Insurance B2B company, we are looking for:
AML – COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Projects Include
As a Compliance Specialist Italy, you will support the local function head in the implementation of the fulfilments required by the regulations and by the function's annual plan in order to prevent the risk of non-compliance with a particular focus on AML topics. This will include:
* Continuously identifying the regulations applicable to the Company and assessing their impact on operations, processes and corporate procedures;
* Ensuring the monitoring of AML and international sanctions compliance, namely adequate customer verification (CDD/EDD), flows to Authorities (S.AR.A. flows; self-assessment);
* Carrying out the periodic audits required by the regulations and by the function's plan;
* Providing support and advice to the corporate functions, also in the planning area, for the control of the risk of non-compliance;
* Providing for the periodic updating of the Company's policies and procedures;
* Supporting the function head in the development of the activity plan and in the preparation of periodic reports to the top.
Skills And Experience
* BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field;
* 6/8 years’ experience covering Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance in Insurance Companies/Banks/Consultancy firms (Life, Employee Benefits product);
* Deep knowledge of insurance regulations with special focus on Anti-Money Laundering regulations;
* Excellent command of Italian and English, orally and in writing ;
* Proactive, autonomous, delf-driven;
* Result orientation;
* Teamwork attitude;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel ‘as a Pro’;
* Integrity and professional ethics.
