HR RECRUITER
At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our HR Department. He/She will primarily support Head Office recruitment activities for Diesel. This role represents an opportunity for a recruitment professional who is eager to grow within the fashion industry and actively contribute to the development of a people-centric organization.
The role's main responsibilities are:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management;
• Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles;
• Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels;
• Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth and professional candidate experience;
• Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition;
• Maintain and update the Successfactor Platform and recruitment reporting;
What requirements you need to have:
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments;
• Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry;
• Experience in recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles;
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities;
• High English level is required; the knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
