As Media Manager for Italy, Iberia and Nordics, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for Lenovo, guiding projects from initial brief through to delivery. You will be responsible for activating agreed media strategies across channels, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to drive effective, high-quality campaigns. You will report to the Director, EMEA Media Center of Excellence based in Italy, and collaborate closely with Strategic Media Planners in the UK and the wider EMEA Media COE team.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class media campaigns, leveraging data, reporting, expert insights, media owner recommendations, and internal inputs.
- Support local marketing teams in developing integrated, cross‑channel media strategies for the Lenovo brand and its sub‑brands.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the planning and execution phases, providing full visibility into each step of the process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media planning queries within your scope.
- Lead the collection and analysis of media and consumer insights, translating them into strong, integrated media proposals.
- Collaborate closely with channel specialists (e.g. digital, social, programmatic, search) to ensure optimal use of each channel.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in media planning or cross‑channel campaign delivery, either in‑house or agency‑side.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian, Iberian or Nordic media landscapes.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a premio.
- Solid understanding of key marketing capabilities, including Search, Display, Social, Analytics, and Programmatic.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders on long‑term projects with clear, effective communication.
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing, with digital fully embedded in campaign planning and execution.
