It includes designing and deploying the Sales Force Interaction Guide across affiliates to ensure optimal go-to-market strategies and channel mix. The position collaborates with HR and local teams on incentive plans, ensuring strategic alignment and pay-for-performance, while defining and monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Acting as a business partner, the role translates strategic objectives into operational plans, supporting activities such as sales force sizing, promo grid definition, ROI analysis, and deployment planning. It requires strong data integration and reporting skills, leveraging internal and external sources and advanced tools like Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making and storytelling. /p pbMain Responsibilities of the role: /b /p ul liImplementation of programs to guarantee sales force productivity and learning development, in line with the Company Frames (It involves measurement of data from behaviors measurement, including in field coaching using dedicated tools and reporting) /li liSales Force Incentive plans, ensuring fit-to-strategy and payment for performance in each Sales Force Incentive Plan /li liSales force deployment, for example: promo grid definition, sales force sizing and planning, carry over estimation, ROI /li liCoordination with local team for project management and KPIs monitoring /liliCoordinates and supports all the internal and external company’s functions involved in the implementation of sales force development /li liBeing part of the Global Commercial Excellence network, facilitates and proactively manages best practice sharing across countries to evolve Go-To-Market and Channel Mix globally /li liWorking with sales and marketing management in the definition and implementation of a company-wide Customer oriented Field Force Interaction guide /li liUse Commercial Excellence processes and tools to regularly monitor Sales Force productivity and Efficacy to provide metrics and KPI's that provide value to Sales teams and Commercial Leadership (eg.
