Assistant Outlet Manager

Role Overview
As the Assistant Outlet Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our dining outlets. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining Aman's ultra-luxury standards, driving team performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires a blend of administrative oversight, staff mentorship, and high‐level floor management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring service is seamless, sophisticated, and consistent with the Aman brand.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the service team. Assist in scheduling, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive, professional work culture.
Guest Relations: Act as a senior point of contact for guests, handling complex inquiries and VIP requirements with diplomacy and grace.
Quality Control: Monitor service and food quality consistently, providing real‐time feedback to the team to ensure perfection in every detail.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in a luxury F&B environment (5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant).
Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is essential. Professional knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‐solving abilities. Proficiency in POS and reservation systems.
Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. xivgfpx
