The local IT team consists of two internal resources, in addition to the IT Manager, and is supported by one or more external consultants. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pEnsure the management and coordination of all IT activities across the Italian subsidiary, including 12 boutiques, 5 external warehouses, administrative offices, and 1 boutique in Greece. /p h3IT Infrastructure Security Management /h3 ul liAct as System Administrator in line with Group standards and IT security policies; /li liCoordinate internal and external system administrators; /li liManage network infrastructure (contracts, configurations, incident resolution); /li liOversee corporate and guest WiFi networks; /li liMonitor and apply security patches and antivirus updates; /li liPromote cybersecurity awareness and user training; /li liEnsure compliance with internal audit procedures. /li /ul h3User, Access Support Management /h3 ul liAdminister Active Directory and manage user profiles; /li liControl access to core business applications; /li liProvide first and second-level support to office and boutique users; /li liLiaise with Corporate IT and external contact centers; /li liDeliver IT training and create user support documentation. /li /ul h3Device, Payment Systems Telecom Management /h3 ul liManage hardware fleet (clients, servers, POS, printers, mobile devices); /li liHandle supplier contracts and procurement for IT and telecom equipment; /li liOversee mobile device management (iOS); /li liEnsure server backups are performed per Group policy; /li liSupport electronic payment systems and train store staff on PCI-DSS compliance. /li /ul h3Projects, Budgeting Team Leadership /h3 ul liDefine and manage IT budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and IT planning; /li liLead local IT projects in coordination with Group IT; /li liSupport retail projects (new openings, renovations, temporary stores); /li liEnsure fiscal compliance for Italian and Greek POS systems; /li liLead and develop the local IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in a technical-scientific field, preferably with an IT focus; /li liFluency in Italian and English; French is a plus; /li li8–10 years of experience in corporate (ideally retail) or consulting environments, with proven expertise in IT infrastructure management; /li liStrong knowledge of network systems, Active Directory, and cybersecurity best practices; /li liExperience managing hardware fleets, mobile devices, and IT budgeting/planning; /li liExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; /li liAbility to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers; /li liDemonstrated leadership, team management, and a high level of professionalism and exemplarity. /li /ul h3Hermès values /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation; /li liTeam player mentality to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously; /li liAvailability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment; /li liDetermined to be part of a people centric retail project, with vocation for human values, passion and a strong aesthetic sense. /li /ul pIn Hermès diversity of experience and perspectives create a better work environment.
