The candidate is responsible for achieving the sales targets of the assigned territory and executing internal strategies to maximize results. The role also involves working closely with veterinary clinics to understand their dynamics and needs, build value for the customer, and collaborate with the company to offer the best solution for our pets. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAchieve sales targets on the assigned territory. /liliMaintain a high level of customer engagement and promote the company, its products and activities at all levels within the marketplace. Manage time and territory effectively, follow up with customers and cross-functional partners, record learnings/insights and call objectives in CRM, and share learnings with the team. Identify decision-makers and influencers within accounts/clinics and develop working relationships. Identify business opportunities and undertake calculated risks with the manager/brand team. /liliIdentify and target key influencers and accounts to maximize business impact, call regularly, and promote BI products. /liliMonitor territory market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities; share market, competitor activities, and customer feedback with relevant colleagues. /liliEthical and Industry Standards: Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain the company’s excellent reputation. Compliance with Code of Conduct and related SOPs. /liliSelling Skills and Ability: Use the BI AH Selling model to engage customers, understand needs, build value, and advance the sale. Position products based on action plans and insights; foster positive relationships with customers and accounts/clinics; leverage multi-channel and CLM tools with targeted customers. /liliBusiness and Technical Knowledge: Understand BIAH products, competitors, and clinical studies; stay informed about industry trends. Share insights and competitor activity with stakeholders.
