UNOX, certified as the best workplace in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a HR Employer Branding and Training to join the UNOX HR Team
Plan and coordinate the logistics of training courses (classrooms, materials, equipment).
Conduct training sessions in English and Italian, using various methodologies (classroom, online, blended).
Administer the company's e-learning platform, creating content and monitoring user activity.
Support in the input, update, and maintenance of data on HRMS platforms and company management systems.
Support for HR digitalization projects: assistance in implementing projects aimed at digitalizing HR processes, with particular attention to Training & Development topics.
Develop, implement, and update HR procedures and policies.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage student talent through various channels (e.g., university partnerships, career fairs, etc.).
Plan, organize, and execute student-focused events.
Create engaging content (e.g., social media posts, brochures) that showcase our company culture and opportunities for students.
Manage all aspects of employer branding events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career services.
Plan and organize internal employee events.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) – a telephone check will be carried out. Knowledge of any other language is considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
